Our partner is a company specializing in wellness and high-end aquatic facilities. Active in the design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment such as swimming pools, spas, saunas and hammams, it supports a private and professional clientele in the realization of tailor-made projects.
As part of the development of its activity, we are looking for a Piscinist foreman/techniquene wellness to strengthen the technical team.
Description of post
You will be responsible for the proper execution of the technical work related to wellness facilities and swimming pools, both during the new installations as well as in the context of maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Organize and supervise work on the various projects.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
- Diagnosis the breakdowns and perform the necessary troubleshooting.
- Intervening on swimming pools, spas, saunas, hammams and associated technical facilities.
- Control the proper functioning of the installations.
- Coordinate the various interventions and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Monitoring of work and quality of achievements.
- Be in contact with clients during interventions.
- Provide technical solutions adapted to the various problems encountered.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and working procedures.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts.
Profile sought
- Vocational training in a technical field, ideally in swimming pool, sanitary, electricity, building technique or similar area.
- Experience confirmed in a technical environment.
- An experience in swimming pools, wellness or maintenance is a real asset.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to diagnose breakdowns.
- Experience in conducting or supervising works, an advantage.
- Independent, organized and responsible person.
- Practical mind and oriented solutions.
- Good customer contact.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Driver's licence required.
- Good physical condition and availability for interventions on different sites.
- Residence in the Valais region, ideally close to Martigny.
