For one of our clients active in the field of building technology, we are looking for a CVS Planner to strengthen his team.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating interventions and work related to heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities. You will monitor the teams, the construction sites and the various stages of the project, ensuring that the deadlines are met and that the work is properly organised.
Profile sought
- Technical training in heating, ventilation and sanitation
- Confirmed experience in planning or coordinating CVS work
- Good knowledge of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities
- Ability to organize and plan team interventions
- Experience in monitoring and coordination of construction sites
- Ability to read and understand technical plans
- Good control of common computer tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Organizational sense and excellent time management
- Good relationship and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor and initiative
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
