We are looking for a staff placement specialist available in January 2027, with excellent relational skills. After a comprehensive training course on our services, you will be responsible for prospecting new partners, including the electrical and building sectors in the Valais region.
- Develop client portfolio through prospecting (telephone, physics, etc.) and maintain existing partnerships
- Recruit profiles tailored to client needs and expand the candidate network
- Analyze client and candidate expectations to ensure the best collaborations in line with each other's expectations
- Strengthen your visibility, that of leteam, and the links with our partners through various events
- Optimize relationships and network to increase revenue
- Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders
Profile sought
- Being animated by the challenge
- You live near Martigny and you have a good network
- Be a result of technical, commercial or equivalent training
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, personnel management, or business development)
- Have a strong interest in negotiation and outcome (have a good knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques)
- Bring its added value thanks to its personality, authenticity
- Being autonomous, while knowing how to surround the right people to achieve their goals
- Proven perseverance and resilience to challenges
- Excellent relational skills: a sense of communication and ability to build and maintain relationships of trust with clients and candidates
- Perfect mastery of French both orally and in writing (a second language is a plus)
