Application process
- Assurer le traitement correct des données de temps de travail issues de différents rapports de travail (CCT, règlement du personnel) ainsi que de l'application de gestion du temps RTM.
- Contrôler et assurer le versement correct des indemnités liées aux différentes absences telles que les accidents, maladies, congés maternité, congés paternité et obligations militaires.
- Contrôler et comptabiliser les décomptes des assurances sociales (AVS, IJM, AA, caisse de pension, etc.).
- Traiter et contrôler les allocations familiales.
- Établir et contrôler les décomptes de l'impôt à la source.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'administration RH et les HR Business Partners.
- Conseiller les collaborateurs sur les questions relatives aux salaires et aux assurances sociales.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des assurances, des autorités et des administrations fiscales.
