Company and context
- Organizational and operational support, as well as monitoring of production campaigns, to ensure production and safety even outside normal working hours
- Preparation of cGMP fair documentation in cooperation with the investment team leader, research/development and business biotechnologists
- Investment instruction and production-specific training of operators during production
- Control of full compliance with operating rules and production protocols, as well as intervention in the event of deviations
- Support for information exchange and communication within the farm group
- Continuous improvement of plants, processes and processes (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) in compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental and quality requirements What we are looking for:
- Completed technical education or training (vocational apprenticeship, higher specialist examination, Bachelor, Master)
- Production experience would be advantageous in the production of chemical or biotechnological products, or in the food industry
- Ideally first experience in the ISO and/or GMP production environment
