- Independent, reliable and flexible personality
- Proactive team player with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
- Project or practical experience in the energy sector
- Experience with IT tools such as MS-Office, SAP, Pipenet

- Coordination and optimization of the energy value chain (procurement, generation, distribution, conversion, application, recovery) with the aim of a long-term secured, sufficient, inexpensive and reliable energy supply as well as support of projects in energy management
- Analysis and monitoring of the various energies and emissions in the plant
- Cooperation and coordination in interdisciplinary teams
- Use of funding programmes to exploit potential savings
- Development of energy efficiency measures (savings potential, waste heat utilization, CO2 reductions)
- Process optimizations regarding energy data management
- Cooperation in energy procurement and its management of the plant
- Coordination and review of energy demand notifications as well as issues relating to the district heating network
