Key requirements
- Diploma ES or Bachelor in Nursing, or recognized equivalent (recognition Swiss Red Cross for foreign degrees) .
- Interest in neurological rehabilitation and accompaniment of patients with motor, cognitive or behavioural deficits.
- Initiative, high sense of responsibility and reliable professional posture.
- Strong psychosocial skills, with a proven ability to establish a fair and professional therapeutic relationship with patients in situations of high vulnerability.
- Stress resistance, professional stamina and receding ability, necessary to exercise in a demanding care environment.
- Openness to intervene on an ad hoc basis in other units to promote continuity of care and mutual assistance between teams.
- Motivation to engage with patients who require intensive and long-term support.
- Master's degree in written and oral French (minimum B2).
