- Your main missions Ensure overall patient care in different units Actively contribute to exemplary quality of care Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by quickly integrating into each team Participate in the organization of care processes and take responsibility for your skills Enrich and diversify your professional skills through experience in the various clinical contexts Our expectations Diploma in nursing HES or ES (with recognition Swiss Red Cross if foreign) Hospital experience Ability to adapt quickly and taste for clinical diversity Interest in meeting team challenges and contributing to a common project Openness to innovation and flexibility Sensitization of responsibilities and ability to self-manage Excellent relational and communication skills Mastery of the French language, both oral and written (minimum B2 level) Why join us?
