- Higher education as a chemist (Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience) in synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience in process scale up and process development as well as experience in dealing with preparative chromatography are desired
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, statistical process data evaluation and cGMP are advantageous
- They are flexible, independent and have good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation.
