Your tasks

• Planning and 3D modeling of piping systems according to Lonza standards, project specifications and applicable engineering guidelines.
• Development of efficient and technically meaningful pipelines taking into account operation, maintenance, safety, accessibility and assembly.
• Coordination of pipeline planning with P&IDs, equipment connections, layouts, pipe classes and project-specific requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of pipeline layouts, isometrics, detailed drawings as well as assembly, production and installation documents.
• Ensure compliance of execution documentation with specifications, standards and approved model states.
• Management and maintenance of pipeline and engineering data in the relevant planning and calculation systems.
• Support for collision checks, model integration, data exchange, version control and change management.
• Incorporation of review comments, site feedback and approved changes in models and planning documents.
• Active participation in the further development of planning processes, modeling standards and data quality as well as the contribution of lessons learned.

Your requirement profile

• Completed studies (B.Sc.) in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable technical training, ideally supplemented by a vocational apprenticeship as constructor EFZ with technical vocational training.
• Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering, engineering or construction as well as interest in the planning of technical plants and pipeline systems.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD systems and understanding of technical drawings, layouts and documentation.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment is beneficial.
• High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical topics, projects and requirements.
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and enjoy working with different specialist areas.
• Independent, structured and reliable working methods with a focus on quality, adherence to deadlines and practical solutions.
