Global Master Data Professional 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: VISP, Switzerland
In this team-oriented setting, you will assist all business units and sites globally, collaborating closely with collaborators across departments like Supply Chain, Operations, QA, and IT. What you will do
- Represent the Global Master Data Management team in cross-functional and global initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve complex master data issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Design, develop, and enhance technical solutions for reporting, analytics, data visualization, and data quality management.
- Support major business rollouts by executing master data activities, including large-scale data migrations and mass data uploads.
- Manage and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and master data concepts.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive better outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in an international, multicultural team.
- Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Fluency in English and working proficiency in German.
