- Your mission: Within the mechanical unit, you are involved in research, maintenance and repair projects on hydroelectric works and equipment in the fields of mechanical engineering and welding. In collaboration with other engineers and with our workshops based in Martigny, you bring your technical expertise to support specialized maintenance activities and the development of solutions adapted to the needs of the operation.
- Your responsibilities: \Provide technical support to those responsible for the maintenance of the various hydropower installations \ Develop and implement technical solutions in the framework of major hydropower rehabilitation projects, in collaboration with the various technical units \Budget the work to be carried out, develop the offers and provide technical support for the sale \ Conduct the projects in accordance with the costs, deadlines and quality requirements \Organize and coordinate the interventions of the suppliers and internal teams (welders, controllers), in collaboration with the managers responsible for the maintenance of the various sites \ Maintain the technical documentation of the developments through study reports or completion of work \Conduct and supervise the production follow-up and reception of parts at suppliers and in our workshops \ Participate in the coordination of welding activities in our workshops in Martigny (DMOS/QMOS/QS) and at the intervention sites \* Analyse and verify the technical documentation of the suppliers, including welding manuals
- Your skills: Engineer EPF or HES in mechanics (or equivalent) Certification IWE or IWT \At least 5 years of experience in industry; 3 years of experience in the field of hydropower is an asset \ Experience in the field of welding (development of DMOS, rereading of welding notebooks, design of mechanical solutions, production follow-up and inspections) \Knowledge and/or certifications in the field of the CND (of the COFREND type) constitute an asset \ High organizational capacity and ability to manage simultaneously several projects or mandates \Autonomy, analytical spirit and synthesis capacity \ Good editorial skills (technical documentation) \French or German mother tongue, good knowledge of the other language constitute a more \ Taste for field work, with regular day-to-day trips on our various hydropower installations (up to 30% of the working time)
