Maintenance Technician (M/F)
For a company active in technical solutions and industrial maintenance, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician.
The position offers considerable autonomy and combines technical expertise, team coordination and operational monitoring. The person will have to be present mainly on the customer site.
Your mission
As a technical and team leader, you ensure the smooth running of electrical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with technical, quality and safety requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Provide guidance, coordination and support to response teams;
- Organize work and monitor hours and activities;
- Provide technical support to stakeholders;
- Monitoring and immediate recovery of anomalies;
- Manage and control technical documentation related to maintenance operations;
- Supervising tests and ensuring traceability of interventions;
- Develop, consolidate and monitor maintenance schedules;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and commitments;
- Prepare maintenance campaigns;
- Ensure the application of existing methods and procedures;
- Control deliverables and prepare reporting elements;
- Attend follow-up sessions with client and partners.
Your profile:
- Maintenance electrician CFC, automatician or equivalent/superior formation;
- Strong experience in industrial electrical maintenance;
- Experience in the manufacture or field of electrical panels;
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage;
- Prior experience in coaching or coordinating teams.
You have good knowledge in the fields of electricity and industrial automation, as well as adapted ITTO qualifications.
Your personality
Autonomous and organized, you have a sense of service and know how to coordinate several stakeholders in a demanding environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, your rigor and your sense of responsibility allow you to be a reliable interlocutor for both technical teams and the customer. English would be an asset.
