Full description
The Quartier LôDzé is looking for an extra Room Woman / Room Valet to strengthen its accommodation team. We look for a conscientious, organized and versatile person, committed to the cleanliness, hygiene and comfort of our customers.
Your missions
- Cleaning and refurbishing of rooms and sanitary facilities according to hotel standards.
- Preparation of rooms for new arrivals.
- Maintenance of common areas: corridors, stairs, lobby, windows, courtyard, cafeteria, public toilets and staff spaces.
- Cleaning and maintenance of public bath areas, including surfaces, changing rooms and sanitary facilities.
- Resupply of service trucks and inventory management of laundry and maintenance products.
- Maintenance of work equipment and reporting of damage or anomalies to the governess.
- Management of dirty laundry and waste.
- Compliance with hygiene, disinfection and safety protocols and instructions for use of cleaning products.
- Response to customer requests and transmission of information to the governess.
- Application of establishment quality standards and collaboration with other teams.
Profile sought
- An experience in hotel maintenance is an asset.
- Organizational sense, rigour and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Clean and neat presentation, discretion and respect for the privacy of clients.
- Versatility, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Flexibility and availability for various schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
