The Valais Hospital is looking for the Valais Romand Hospitaller Centre and its hotel department, attached to the Operations, a

Head of the 90-100% stewardship service for the Sion site

Mission

Direct and co-ordinate the general activity of the stewardship department of the Sion Hospital, i.e. about 100 employees divided between:

• House service (maintenance of premises, central beds and lingerie)
• Logistics (internal/external transport, laundry management/distribution, etc...)

Ensure recruitment, integration, supervision and training of employees

Execute benefits according to ethical, efficient, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable criteria

Ensuring compliance with institutional directives

Monitoring of general processes related to maintenance of premises, logistics, hygiene standards, etc.

Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative and sustainable solutions

Participate in development projects and various activities related to the general activity of the CHVR hotel department

Profile

Recognised hotel training (Hotel School, Federal patent or equivalent)

Experience confirmed in a position of responsibility

Team driving experience (minimum 3 years)

Relationship and communication

Oriented solutions, autonomous and pragmatic

Excellent mastery of spoken and written French

Mastering computer and professional tools
