At the Visp location, an apprentice is sought after in EFZ. As a media specialist, you work at Lonza in various departments. The training combines elements of the professions computer scientist and merchant, but also further skills are taught. The focus is on computer science, marketing, multimedia, project management, communication and administration. You work on the production of internal videos, create presentations and posters/flyers etc. The training is very versatile and opens many doors for the future.

Your education The training lasts four years. Of these, the first year is completed at the Vocational School as a basic apprenticeship year. During this year, various action competencies in computer science and design will be acquired. Practical work is carried out three days a week under the guidance of experienced vocational trainers. From the second year of apprenticeship, the training will continue in the various departments of Lonza and MINTworld. Media specialists visit the vocational school for a maximum of two days per week.
