• Responsibilities
• Analytical support in chemical process development and participation in process optimizations
• Preparation, execution, and documentation of analyses, method developments, and validations according to internal guidelines, ISO 9001, and other quality standards
• Independent time planning and participation in release analytics, including troubleshooting and result evaluation
• Implementation and optimization of analytical methods (particularly GC/HPLC, titration, UV/Vis, IR)
• Maintenance and care of QC plans and software/LIMS systems
• Maintenance, maintenance, and qualification of analytical instruments and creation of test instructions, validation reports, and instrument SOPs
• Training and guidance of shift workers and learners
• Close collaboration with production and interface functions and participation in innovation and optimization projects ##
• Requirements
• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician EFZ (specialization in chemistry) or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in instrumental analytics and, ideally, in quality control
• Strong safety and quality awareness
• Interest in analytical issues and enjoyment of solving technical problems
• Structured, reliable, and independent work with high personal initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge
• Very good German language skills
• English skills are an advantage - Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity for software-based laboratory and LIMS systems ##
