The Spital Wallis is looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Lean Beds Station Clinic Surgery / Urology 60-100% Mission:

• Their main task consists of direct clinical activity in equivalence up to 50% APN and up to 50% direct care practice
• Working with the implementation of the APN role and ensuring the sustainability of Lean standards within the framework of Lean Management
• Technically, the continuity of medical, nursing and interdisciplinary treatment at the Lean Beds Stations of the Klinik Surgery / Urologie (First Level Support) is ensured (first level support)
• support and coaching of teams in complex medical patient situations as well as accompaniment of nurses at the Lean Beds Station in questions of professional development and quality optimization
• They promote both good internal and external interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and coordinate the stay and exit
• They work in interdisciplinary projects with profile:
• You have a completed Master of Science Nursing (MScN)
• You have professional experience on a surgical / urological department
• You are a motivated, independent, responsible and resilient personality
