Arxada in Visp is looking for a laboratory on-line process analysis. In this role, you will take care of the assembly, maintenance and adjustment of modern process analysis equipment. You ensure that the systems function properly at all times, thus supporting the safety of the plants, the control of emissions and a smooth, automated operation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensuring optimal availability of process analysis equipment through safe and proper installation, commissioning and maintenance
• Maintenance of process analysis equipment as an essential part of process safety, emission monitoring and controlled automated plant operation
• Timely and cost-efficient planning and implementation of projects
• Responsibility for precise safety and quality relevant PA equipment

Qualifications and experience

• Completed training as laboratory technician, electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer or chemical engineer
• Independent work and analytical thinking are essential for the maintenance activities in the field
• Teamwork, responsibility and decision-making
• Flowing German and good English skills
• Experience in process analysis desirable
• Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
• Experience in the maintenance of technical equipment is a plus
