Description of the post
- You will actively develop your market area and identify new business opportunities.
- You gain new customers, sustainably expand existing partnerships and negotiate with decision-makers.
- You are regularly on the market, make new contacts and recognize potential at an early stage.
- You will oversee and develop existing key accounts and regional partner networks.
- You observe market and competitive developments and derive suitable measures from them.
- You are responsible for defined sales, volume and earnings targets in your region.
Profile recherché
- Several years of experience in sales, sales force or business development.
- A proactive personality who likes to approach people and recognizes and uses opportunities independently.
- Experience in a retail, service, franchise, sales or partner management environment is beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are bilingue FR/DE and communicate safely and convincingly in both languages.
- Demonstrate success in new customer acquisition and in building long-term business relationships.
- Ideally, you have a strong personal or professional base in Valais and know the regional conditions as well as the local business culture.
- Cat B driving licence and high willingness to travel within Western Switzerland.
