Responsibilities
- Conduct price studies and prepare offers
- Analysis of tender documents and technical aspects of projects
- Evaluate costs, risks and variants of delivery
- Working closely with project leaders, technical teams and external partners
- Participate in negotiations and monitoring of strategic issues
- Contribute to improving processes and optimizing project cost-effectiveness
- Bring your technical and financial expertise when making important decisions
Profile
- Higher technical training in wood, carpentry, layout or equivalent
- Experience confirmed in calculating, price studies or project management
- Excellent understanding of technical and financial issues
- Independent, proactive and solutions-oriented personality
- Relationship with clients, partners and internal teams
- Responsibility and corporate vision
