- Process Improvement (PI): Analyzing production processes and associated data from various angles, such as manufacturing costs, yield experiments, or QC analytics.

- Reporting findings and conclusions to drive decisions.
- Lean Development: Contributing to the development of new and existing ideas for process improvements, helping to shape them according to Lean Manufacturing principles and implementing them under GxP conditions.
- Production Simulation: Running simulations of our modern, highly automated production line to identify throughput bottlenecks and extract the key levers that drive throughput during production rampup.
- Translating outputs into concrete, actionable recommendations in close collaboration with production.
- Risk Analysis: Supporting process risk analyses (pFMEA) by preparing operational inputs, documenting technical outcomes, and assisting the team in systematically identifying and mitigating risks.
- Document & Change Management: Creating and managing GxP-compliant documents (manufacturing and QC process documentation, work instructions) with a focus on integrating sustainability into documentation practices.
