With the HR Business Partner Internship at Lonza you have the opportunity to start YOUR CAREER in the field of Human Resource Management in a highly dynamic and international environment. During your internship, you will support HR Business Partners in both operational and strategic tasks and gain an immediate insight into the varied responsibilities of an HR Business Partner and the role of HR as a strategic partner in a global company. Your tasks

• Close sparring partner for HR business partners in day-to-day operations as well as in the implementation of people and business initiatives
• Independent creation and interpretation of HR reporting and generation and graphic preparation of presentations
• Support of managers at div. Questions
• Participation in the organisation and implementation of internal training courses, workshops, HR projects and events at the Visp site
• Development and implementation of concepts

Our requirements

• BSc/MSc in Economics, Psychology, Law or Similar Degree Programs or Other Education (no professional experience required in HR)
• Proactive, independent and customer-oriented workflow
• Communication and integration capability
• The joy of learning new things
• Agility in a very dynamic environment
• Affinity in planning and organization, prioritization and in dealing with IT tools
• Discretion in dealing with confidential data
• Good German and English skills in writing and language
