- Completed training preferably in the commercial sector
- Sound professional experience of advantage in insurance and pension consulting
- Motivated lateral entrants with pleasure in sales and customer advice are welcome
- Enjoyment in attracting new customers through active networking
- Authentic and convincing personality
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented working methods
- Flowing knowledge of German, other languages are a plus
