In this role, you are part of the Sinister sector, in the team of Disaster Inspectors, in Zurich Switzerland.

This position of responsibility within the external service allows you to place our clients at the heart of your work. You are responsible for complex claims in the areas of business insurance, construction and general civil liability, including corporate, professional and employer liability.

You seek creative and equitable solutions and enjoy making decisions independently. In the most demanding exchanges, you distinguish yourself by your expertise and ability to impose, while remaining attentive or attentive to the situation of the persons concerned.

Your missions

• Dealing with claims independently with the parties involved, such as policyholders, injured persons, lawyers and insurance companies
• Organize expertise and collaborate with internal and external experts
• Provide correspondence related to claims processing
• Assess insurance coverage and liability for claims
• Review appeals, negotiate with parties involved and make claims payments

Your profile

• Insurance training
• Federal certificate in insurance or diploma of a higher school of insurance is an asset
• At least five years of professional experience in the management of business and liability insurance claims, as an inspector, an inspector or a disaster manager
• Excellent bargaining skills and assured presence
• Practical and solutions-oriented approach, combined with strong customer orientation, reliable and communicative personality, as well as good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent mastery of French; good knowledge of German is an asset

Place of work: Zurich General Agency Sion, Valais

Entry into office: from 01.01.2027 or to be agreed

Professional travel: up to 50% per year , driving licence required

Hybrid work: up to 40%
