Vous êtes infirmier / infirmière et avez acquis une expérience dans les soins à domicile et ou EMSNous recherchons pour le canton du ValaisInfirmiers-ères en soins à domicile
Dans vos missions d' Infirmiers-ères en soins à domicile et/ou EMS vous :
- Dispensez des soins techniques ainsi que des soins de base du patient
- Représentez notre client et exercez un rôle en fonction de l'éthique et des vaeurs de la profession d'infirmier
- Coordonnez les actsivités de soins dans la micro-équipe pluridisciplinaire et avec les multiples acteurs du système socio-sanitaire
Pour ces postes d' Infirmiers-ères en soins à domicile et/ou EMS les pré-requis sont les suivants :
Bachelor en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé equivalent reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse
The travailler de manière autonome
Sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation
Qualités relationnelles et empathie
Être en possession du permis de conduire et véhiculé
