Description of post
As Responsible HR / Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for the administrative management of human resources and the full processing of payroll.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Managing the entire life cycle of employees, from entry to exit
- Ensure administrative management of personnel and monitoring of HR files
- Preparing and processing wages independently
- Managing social insurance, allowances, absences and other pay-related items
- Ensure compliance with existing legal provisions and regulations
- Be the co-ordinator for all salary and HR issues
- Monitor and update data in the various HR tools
- Working with the various internal and external interlocutors
- Participate in improving and optimizing HR and payroll processes
- Provide support and advice in different HR themes
Profile sought
- Federal Human Resources Patent
- Experience confirmed in a similar function, with a solid Swiss payroll experience
- Very good knowledge of Swiss legislation on wages and social insurance
- Good control of HR business processes
- Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
- Mastery of common computer tools
- Organizational sense, rigour and excellent priority management
- Autonomy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Relationship and excellent communication
