You accompany hearing impaired people on their way to a better hearing experience. Thanks to your skills, your listening skills and your enthusiasm for modern hearing solutions, you can offer customized solutions that improve the daily lives of our clients.
Your missions:
- Professionally advise and support our clients, customers and interested persons on our hearing solutions.
- Adapt, sell and monitor the most modern hearing systems and associated accessories.
- Perform hearing tests, earprinting or ear scans.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships of trust with our clients.
- Manage and update customer data in our systems.
- Actively participate in continuing training to constantly develop your professional knowledge.
Your profile
- Completed audio-prothesist training or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for your job and pleasure working with people.
- Customer-oriented personality, empathic and with a strong sense of service.
- Current professional knowledge and interest in new hearing technologies.
- Experience with digital tools and good administrative and business knowledge.
- Independent, reliable and rigorous method of work.
