In order to complete its teams, the company of Crans\\-Montana Aminona (CMA SA), research; ### \\Head of the Pistes and Safety Department (M/F) 100%, CDI\\ \\VOS MISSIONS:\\ \Ensure and coordinate the implementation of the operational and safe aspects of the Pistes department, i.e. the safety service in winter as well as the mountain bike, karting and other summer activities that take the ski area in summer. \ Apply the company strategy. Participate and organize rescue actions on ski lifts (on the cable or on the ground). \ Control the guidelines and instructions applicable to the department. Organize the monitoring of budgets and take the necessary measures to enforce them. \ Manage employees with industry leaders. \Monitor the proper functioning of the department's equipment. \ Treating or subcontracting projects with earth-moving investments and departmental improvement. \Validate orders and supplier selection for department purchases. \\VOTRE PROFIL:\\\ To benefit from a proven experience in the field of lifts. Federal Patent for Runway and Rescue Specialist is a plus or equivalent training recognized by the RMS. \Strong sense of organization, very good analytical skills and love to take successful team management and demonstrate leadership on a daily basis. \ Ability to work as an indispensable teamFlexible, conscientious and committed. \Being able to work in an environment that is resistant to stress and difficult weather conditions. \ Good level in skiing/snowboarding and be able to perform work in height.
