Full description
You manage the service area of our panoramic restaurant professionally and organizationally and support the management operationally. You coordinate processes between restaurant, kitchen, hotel and railway operations, ensure clear structures, actively shape processes and take responsibility for operational quality throughout the operation.
Tasks
- Operational responsibility for the complete guest service operation (service, reception, day and punctual evening operation)
- Coordination of processes between service, kitchen, hotel and railway operations
- Operational planning, briefings and daily organisation
- Host role with responsibility for guest care, service quality and smooth processes
- Leadership, training and development of the team
- Ensuring quality, cleanliness and standards
- Support for groups and events
- Further develop service processes in ongoing operation
- Close cooperation with management
- Ensuring service processes in intensive lunch business
- Requirements
- High level of social skills
- Sound experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry, ideal in dynamic or high-volume companies
- Passion for hospitality and joy in leading guests and teams
- Operational strength and structured, reliable working methods
- Host personality with natural presence and professional appearance
- Organizational talent, clear communication and calm leadership even on full days
- Experience in team leadership, training and development of employees
- Good wine understanding and interest in regional producers as well as pleasure in discovering and developing suitable wines for our offer
- Knowledge of relevant hygiene and safety standards in the service sector
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop in the long term
