Winter season 2026/2027 – Crans-Montana Contract: seasonal (term determined), from 08.12.2026 to 28.02.2027, with possibility of extension until mid-March 2027
Activity rate: 70% according to CCNR
- Wednesday from 07:00 to 14:00
- Friday from 17:00 to 20:30
- Saturday from 7.30am to 12.00pm and from 5.00pm to 8.30pm
- Sunday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
A 30-minute break is provided per service. The shift requires great flexibility, especially during Christmas and New Year's parties and in February: schedules and working days can then vary, depending on a schedule communicated in advance in accordance with the CCTT. Overtime is paid at the end of the contract, in accordance with the CCTB. Your roleUnder the direct responsibility of the Head of Kitchen and the Director of the hotel, you are primarily responsible for the breakfast service. You also assist the Head of Cuisine during the evening services with a high influx and participate in the preparations. Your missions
- Ensure the preparation and service of breakfast according to our quality and presentation standards.
- Prepare and implement according to the recipes and specifications of the establishment.
- Know the map and menus perfectly, so you can attend the evening services effectively.
- Support the Head of Kitchen during the services with high influx.
- Meet HACCP standards, allergen management and hygiene rules.
- Maintain its workstation clean and organized, and apply stock rotation (FIFO).
- Communicate seamlessly with the kitchen team and the room team.
Your profile
- Cookery CFC or equivalent training.
- Experience as a party leader or senior clerk, ideally in hotels.
- An experience of breakfast service is an asset.
- Rigor, speed and respect for technical data sheets.
- Good knowledge of HACCP standards and allergen management.
- Team spirit and ability to keep calm during busy services.
- Great flexibility in schedules, especially during Christmas and New Year's parties and in February.
- French current.
