The Distance University of Applied Sciences Switzerland (FFHS) offers part-time Bachelor's, Master's and further education courses according to the blended learning method. For our currently about 3100 students we employ 180 employees as well as over 550 (part-time) lecturers. Head of Department Data Science (self-employed, 30%)
These are your tasks
- Further development and updating of the modules in cooperation with the lecturers and the course management
- Organisation, quality assurance and further development of the department
- Networking in the Data Science Community
- Leadership and supervision of lecturers in coordination with the course management
- Sparring partner for lecturers on technical and didactic issues
- Organisation, implementation and participation in meetings
- Lecturer activity
