Attached to the Directorate, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning of the stewardship service and ensure a high level of quality, cleanliness and hygiene within the institution.
Are you a professional in hotel stewardship and want to evolve into a responsible function within a recognized institution? Our customer is looking for his or her future Governor Responsible 80% Stewardship, with an expected evolution of 100% as of May 2027\. Attached to the Management, you guarantee the proper functioning of the service and ensure the maintenance of excellent standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.

Your profile
A true operational manager, you organize, coordinate and oversee all stewardship activities. You ensure the quality of the maintenance of rooms, apartments and common areas, ensure that procedures are followed and supervise a team of three maids and an external cleaning company. You plan activities according to occupation, participate in operations when the activity requires it, and work closely with other services to ensure an irreproachable customer experience. This function involves a strong presence in the field and availability adapted to the needs of the operation, especially some weekends.
