Are you passionate about data, artificial intelligence and team management? Join a team that supports the digital transformation of the BCVS and helps create value through the proper use of data. As Data & IA Manager, you will be at the heart of strategic projects to develop data and AI usage. As manager, you develop the talents of your team. As an experienced IT engineer in Data platforms, you are directly responsible for designing and implementing flows and reports/lists on the banking systems (ODI, SAP BO, Databricks).

Specifically?

• You will lead the bank's Data & IA strategy and support its implementation through an ambitious roadmap, creating value for businesses and customers.
• Your activities will lead you to mentor and develop the Data & IA team and external partners, ensuring the prioritization of activities, operational excellence and the evolution of skills.
• You will guarantee the governance, quality and value of the data by changing the data platforms of the bank and ensuring the reliability, traceability and usability of the information.
• You will provide business support in identifying, designing and deploying Data & IA solutions that meet the strategic and operational challenges of the organization.
• Profile hands-on, you realize yourself the design, implementation, documentation and tracking in the production of workflows and reports/ operational lists in the platforms legacy (ODI, SAP BO) and Cloud (Databricks).
• You will contribute to the development and industrialization of IA use cases in collaboration with stakeholders, while ensuring that they are adopted within a framework consistent with safety, risk management and regulatory requirements.

• You have advanced training in the computer field (EPFL, HES or equivalent) and benefit from several years of experience in the data field, especially in data engineering, ideally in a banking environment.
• You master data technologies such as ODI, Oracle, SQL, Databricks or equivalent, and have the skills and experience to contribute to the development of IA platforms based on Microsoft and Databricks technologies.
• You have good knowledge of issues related to data governance, quality, security and compliance.
• You have good knowledge of German and/or English.
• A person involved and proactive, you know how to carry a clear vision, challenge expressed needs and transform business expectations into concrete solutions with high added value aligned with the bank's strategy.

Requirements

• Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure dans le domaine informatique (EPFL, HES ou équivalent) et bénéficiez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans le domaine de la donnée, notamment en data engineering, idéalement dans un environnement bancaire.

• Vous maîtrisez les technologies Data telles que ODI, Oracle, SQL, Databricks ou équivalent, et possédez les compétences et l’expérience nécessaires pour contribuer au développement des plateformes IA basées sur les technologies Microsoft et Databricks.

• Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des enjeux liés à la gouvernance, à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la conformité des données.

• Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand et/ou de l’anglais.

• Personne impliquée et proactive, vous savez porter une vision claire, challenger les besoins exprimés et transformer les attentes métiers en solutions concrètes à forte valeur ajoutée alignées sur la stratégie de la banque.
