- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): or further training in business management, finance, controlling, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the financial planning, control and monitoring of complex large and network projects.
- You are responsible for the preparation of your projects, including: BUS, CUSTOMERS, BusinessCAS and decision-making bases.
- You are responsible for transparency on costs, risks, dependencies and financial effects.
- You are analysing deviations, implementing measures and actively implementing them.
- You are acting as a sparring partner for project management and management in decision-making.
- You are evaluating opportunities and risks and developing scenarios for control.
- You ensure an addressate-compliant reporting for management and bodies.
- You continue to develop project controlling standards, processes and simulation tools.
Key requirements
- More than ten years of professional experience: in controlling, ideally with a focus on project controlling large investment or network projects.
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): or further training in business management, finance, controlling, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in financial management of complex, multi-year projects with several subprojects, stakeholders and dependencies.
- A well-founded knowledge of budgeting, fiddleboarding, business case, investment controlling, project cost accounting and management reporting.
- High methods competence in the field of simulations and experience in the use of simulation tools
- Very good understanding of project management methods, project governance, risk management as well as contract and claim management.
- High number and system affinity as well as safe handling of ERP, controlling and reporting systems.
- Strong business partner understanding: You act proactively, critical behind the question, communicate clearly and bring financial perspectives solution-oriented in project decisions.
- Sovereign attitude towards project management, management and steering committees.
- High self-initiative, resilience, implementation strength and joy in working in dynamic, cross-functional project environments.
