Task area

• Production of food in the normal and diet food.
• Production of food for patients, visitors and employees.
• Daily responsibility in the absence of the chef or his deputy.
• Contributing to the development and smooth running of the kitchen.
• Compliance with and enforcement of HACCP standards and other legal requirements.
• Contribution to the training of cooking learners.

Your profile

• Training as a chef EFZ. Experience in the hospital, retirement home or with a comparable area would be a plus.
• They are motivated, conscientious, independent and responsible, dynamic and versatile
• They value teamwork and are creative and cook varied.
• They are aware of the high values of quality and hygiene.
• They speak the French language with good knowledge of German or vice versa.
