As an AI Expert, you will be at the heart of cross-functional projects aimed at democratizing AI, automating processes and developing high-performance solutions for businesses and customers.
In concrete terms?
- Your responsibilities will lead you to interact with users, analyze their needs and support them in identifying automation opportunities with the support of artificial intelligence.
- You will design and develop the bank's AI and low-code/no-code solutions. In particular, you will be responsible for deploying agents and assistants with Copilot Studio or other solutions (e.g., Agent Toolkit, others), and AI tools in Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- You will set up and develop a secure and governed AI factory, from the collection of requirements to the deployment of solutions. You will define development standards, promote the reusability of components and ensure the quality, safety and maintainability of achievements.
- As part of your activities, you will collaborate with the Data, Infrastructure, Security and Compliance teams to ensure data availability, solution compliance and smooth integration into BCVS' banking environment.

- You have a higher education in the IT field (EPFL, HES or equivalent) and have several years of experience in the development of AI solutions, ideally in a banking environment.
- You are proficient in AI technologies and Microsoft solutions such as Copilot Studio in Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as the associated governance and security principles.
- You are an expert in concepts related to generative artificial intelligence, including LLMs, prompt design, agents, RAG and AI usage governance.
- You are an involved and proactive person who likes to transform business needs into simple and pragmatic solutions.
- Your collaborative spirit allows you to work with other experts from various fields, share your knowledge and support users in the responsible adoption of new technologies.
- Your good knowledge of German is an asset.

Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure dans le domaine informatique (EPFL, HES ou équivalent) et bénéficiez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans le développement de solutions IA, idéalement dans un environnement bancaire.
Vous maîtrisez les technologies AI et les solutions Microsoft telles que Copilot Studio dans Power Platform, Microsoft 365 et Azure, ainsi que les principes de gouvernance et de sécurité associés.
Vous êtes expert des concepts liés à l’intelligence artificielle générative, notamment les LLM, le prompt design, les agents, le RAG et la gouvernance des usages IA.
