- Review client requests and analyze their needs.
- To carry out metres, establish offers and monitor them.
- Design projects and develop technical plans.
- Plan production and organize construction sites.
- Ensure technical, budgetary and logistical monitoring of business.
- Pilot laying teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure relationships with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers.

- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar function.

- Excellent coordination capabilities with the various stakeholders.
- Mastery of technical drawing software.
- The knowledge of SketchUp is an asset.
