Two Centralist Detention Officers - Watchman or two centralist detention officers - Watchman (100% posts) at the SAMPEM, Pre-trial Detention Facility, Sion
Your tasks
- You ensure the maintenance of order and discipline in the institution You ensure the video surveillance of the site You write written reports on specific events You manage the internal appeals of detainees and their follow-up You collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders
- You control the entrances and exits of the establishment You are in charge of administrative and financial tasks related to detainees You carry out all the tasks inherent in the daily life of a detention facility
Your profile
- Full vocational training (CFC or deemed equivalent) Federal patent holder of detention agent or commit to training in obtaining this certificate Ability to work as a team, ease in human relations and written and oral communication Good knowledge of computer tools (MS-Office) Ability to care for people from multicultural backgrounds
- Good psychological resistance to difficult situations and good stress resistance Good physical fitness Sense of discretion Arrangement to work on irregular schedules, night and weekend A proven professional experience in a safe environment would be an asset French mother tongue, with good knowledge of the second official language
