Main responsibilities
- You already date cancer cases recorded in the database according to international standards (ICD-O, TNM) and document therapies and medical follow-ups.
- As a competent contact person, you support registrant:inside with questions about registration and coding.
- You ensure the data quality by careful checks and continuous verification of completeness.
- You coordinate registration and coding processes in close coordination with the management and in compliance with the NKRS requirements.
- You work closely with doctors who are subject to reporting, hospitals and laboratories.
- You are involved in research projects of the register with internal and external partners.
- As deputy director, you also perform the following tasks:
- You accompany new employees in their training and promote the transfer of knowledge within the team.
- You actively participate in and work on further training.
- In cooperation with the Cancer Register Management, you will conduct recruitment and annual talks. Requirements:
