Application process
- You are a communication partner for our internal customers in the sister plants as well as for external customers in the area of diesel engines and hydraulic products for complaints and warranty applications
- You are responsible for collecting 8D reports for the customers
- You carry out statistical analyzes and evaluations of the experience data of our products for various construction machinery applications
- You release the technical statements for the customers and also create reports on the failure behavior of the products
- You organize and track the conversion campaigns for customers (warehouse and field), as well as the regular customer meetings with the sister plants and external customers Your qualifications
