Tasks
- Care and coordination of clinical studies in oncology
- Blood processing, sample handling and technical laboratory work
- Preparation of samples for biological, chemical and biochemical analyses in BSL1-2 laboratory environment
- Organisation and support of biobanking processes
- Documentation according to GCP and cooperation with sponsors
- Participation in the development and development of new study protocols and in the preparation of SOPs and project reports Requirements:
- Training in the laboratory sector (e.g.
BMA HF, MTA, Biomedical Laboratory Technician) or scientific university degree
- Experience in clinical studies or translational research
- Knowledge of blood processing (e.g.
PBMCs, cfDNA) and laboratory processes
- Basic molecular biological techniques such as DNA extraction and PCR, experience with NGS of advantage
- Experience in handling tissue samples, in particular in embedding tissue as well as in creating tissue microarrays, is advantageous
- Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with different issues and tasks
