- Telephone advice for insured and interested parties in German (inbound)
- Providing information on various questions of all contact persons by telephone, chat & e-mail
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Continuous monitoring of open pendencies
- Administrative and coordinating activities

- Experience in customer advice and in direct customer contact
- Commercial education or training/experience in customer service
- Cross-starters are welcome if there is experience in customer advice
- Style-confident German in Word & Writing Other languages are advantageous
- High customer and service orientation
- Completed VBV further education in the insurance sector by Vorteil
- Strong communication capability
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
