Mission

• Ensure the composition of specific foods in accordance with dietary consultation and medical recommendations
• Adapting current revenue for a diet
• Participate in the production of balanced and quality dishes in accordance with dietary rules (allergics, intolerances, diets, textures, etc...)
• Participate in the production and distribution of meals and snacks for patients, collaborators and external clients
• Propose and participate in the development of innovative recipes that meet the expectations of our customers
• Deliver services according to the criteria of quality, hygiene, ethics, efficiency, economy and sustainability.

Profile

• Cookery CFC
• Dietetic cooking CFC
• Prior experience in the kitchen and/or catering sectors
• Mastery of spoken and written French
• Knowledge of computer and professional tools.
