- Your missions\\ \Develop and implement the formulae at the R\\\\&D laboratory according to the specifications, \ Propose the technical guidelines adapted to the different developments, \Select raw materials taking into account technical, regulatory, customer and environmental requirements, \ Conduct and monitor the tests as well as the stability and compatibility tests, \Analyze the results and make the necessary adjustments in the event of problems of formulation, stability or compatibility, \ Prepare the tenders and sample clients in collaboration with the various services concerned, \Establish the operating procedures and the manufacturing specifications, \ Participate in the industrial transposition of the formulas and bring your technical expertise to the first manufactures, \Provide technical support to the Quality Control and other departments when necessary, \ Participate in the meetings of suppliers, trade shows and training, \Share your experience and technical knowledge and contribute to the dynamics of the R\\\\&D team. \\*
- Your profile\\ \Academic training in chemistry, biology, physics or equivalent training, \ Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation, development of cosmetic products and subcontracting, \Experience confirmed in autonomous conduct of developments and industrial transposition, \ Knowledge of Coptis software, \Very good knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, excipients and galenic form, \ Good knowledge of the cosmetic regulatory environment, \Autonomy, rigour and analytical capacity, \ Creativity, curiosity and taste for innovation, \Team spirit and ease in collaboration with different departments, \ Mastery of French and English.
