80-100% stewardship coordinator for Sion's hotel department

Mission

Supervises, coordinates and participates in the overall stewardship activity

• House service (maintenance of premises, central beds, lingerie and extramural services)
• Logistics transport (internal transport, laundry management/distribution, etc.)

Coordinates the distribution of staff according to workload, hours and absences.

Monitoring the tasks carried out in compliance with the directives

Delivering services according to the criteria of quality, hygiene, ethics, efficiency, economy and sustainability, in a normative and legal context.

Participates in the integration, supervision and training of employees.

Profile

Stewardship Manager SWC or equivalent training (federal patent plus)

Experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years), including team management and coordination, ideally in the cleaning, hospital hygiene or similar sector

Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate the team and foster a positive working atmosphere

Ability to motivate and support employees in their daily missions, creating a climate of trust and collaboration

Listening and caring for the needs of the team

Oriented solutions, autonomous and pragmatic

Mastery of spoken and written French

Mastery of computer and professional tools
