- provide accompanied persons and employees with healthy, tasty and quality meals with products exclusively labeled BIO;
- provide the necessary ingredients and recipes for meals prepared within the accommodation;
- transmit weekly menu planning to the host;
- provide meals or snacks during institutional events; comply with the distribution protocol and enforce HACCP standards.
