In the field of gastronomy, we offer an interesting seasonal location for the winter of 2026/27 in the restaurant Rinderhütte on Torrent (mountain gastronomy for skiing/hiking/enjoyment guests) as a chef / cook 90%. The self-service restaurant Rinderhütte has 300 seats indoors, 100 seats on the terrace and offers a snow bar and food truck outdoors.
Your tasks
- You create the mise en place or help with equipment
- You make hot and cold food or support it
- You help with orders and handle the entrance control, storage and transport
- As a cook, you represent the kitchen management if necessary
- You work during cleaning work and in compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef/chef EFZ or proven experience of several years in the kitchen
- Passion and fun for fresh and seasonal dishes and preparation of fresh food
- Creativity in Menu Design
- You communicate in German and ideally also in French
- You are flexible at work depending on your needs and time of day as well as seasonality or on weekend events
