The Quartier LôDzé is looking for an extra cook / cook (M/F) to strengthen its kitchen team. We are looking for a motivated, organized and self-sustaining person, concerned with the quality of the preparations and committed to the observance of the establishment's standards.
Your missions
- Prepare and produce dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chief, the Deputy Chief and the party leaders.
- Ensure the finishing, dressing and quality of the dishes before they are sent to the room.
- Monitor the conformity of preparations and ensure compliance with establishment restoration standards.
- Participate in the establishment and organization of the work station.
- Manage the means and technical requirements necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to the proper coordination of the kitchen.
- Participate in the development of innovative projects and the evolution of the catering offer.
- Strictly apply food hygiene and safety rules, including HACCP procedures.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and equipment.
Profile sought
- Training in cooking or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in restoration.
- Good command of culinary techniques and preparation methods.
- Organizational sense, rigour and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet service times.
- Team spirit, autonomy and good communication.
- Strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
- Flexibility and availability for various schedules, including weekends, holidays and cuts.
