The La Résidence Foundation operates three socio-medical facilities: EMS St. in Sitten, APH St. in Visp and APH Emserberg in Unterems. These three homes provide living space for elderly people in need of care.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated cook (80\-100%) who will pamper our residents with passion and creativity.
Their tasks
- Preparation of balanced and varied meals taking into account the dietary requirements of our residents
- Planning and organisation of meal plans in cooperation with the kitchen team
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Responsibility for ordering and storing food
- Support for the training of learners in the kitchen
Your profile
- Completed training as chef/chef EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Experience in communal catering is beneficial
- Knowledge of dietary cuisine desirable
- Teamwork, flexibility and resilience
- Joy of dealing with older people
- Good knowledge of German
